Obituary

Roberto Moreida went to heaven on January 15, 2021 at the age of 69. He was born March 20, 1951 in Eagle Lake to the late Francisca Cardenas and Francisco Moreida. 

He is survived by his wife Hope Moreida; sons, Bruno Moreida and Brenda, Robert Paul Moreida and Stefanie; daughter, Briana Ramirez and Jacob; sisters, Mary Navarro, Isabel Moreida; 12 grandchildren and 11 great granchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John, Natividad and Raymond Moreida; sister, Marta Moreida Leal and granddaughter, Heather Kieborz.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm at Eagle Lake Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 19th with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 20th at Eagle Lake Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Preston Moreida, Aaron Moreida, Jimmy Kieborz,  P. J. Moreida, Dylan Ramirez, Darren Gentry, Hector "B.G." Flores, Jr., and Caleb Ramirez.

Honorary pallbearers will be Alex Ramirez, Jr., Greg Contreras, Alex Flores, Randy Epps and Gary Tise.
