Angelita Yanez

Angelita Pena Yanez passed away December 19, 2020 in Eagle Lake at the age of 94. She was born December 8, 1926 in East Bernard to the late Carolina and Felipe Pena. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by sons; Jesse Pena (Martha), Arthur Yanez (Janie); daughters, Noelia Torres, Sylvia Gonzalez (Carlos); 22 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tiodoro Yanez; daughter, Hortencia "Tanchi" Cordova and Leo; son-in-law, Alfred Torres, Sr.; brother, Joe Pena; sisters, Lupe Saucedo and Cecilia Sosa.

Visitation begins at 9:00 am December 26, 2020 at Parish of the Nativity Church with rosary beginning at 9:15. The mass will follow immediately after the rosary. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
