Alfredo "Freddi" Gonzalez

Alfredo or as most people knew him as Freddi  life was taken from us on Saturday, September 24, 2022 in Eagle Lake, TX

Where he lived since moving with his family from Guanajuato, Mexico in 1993

Freddi was a great father to his children, an exemplary father, as everyone knows he dressed them as well as he did their hair; to which some might say better than some parents would their own (they told him this often).

Most of them time you would see him and his children in church on Sunday and afterwards would take them for lunch at the local restaurant or at his mom’s house where they feel most at home and where they spend most of the time and cared for.

Alfredo never failed to have a smile on his face and talk to you whenever he saw you. Friends and family always described him as a noble, friendly and charismatic person.

Brother: Arturo Gonzalez and wife Lilia Gonzalez

Brother: Juan Carlos Gonzalez

Niece: Yessenia and husband Jorge Marin

Great Niece: Naomi and Nephew: Matthew

Nieces: Zaida Gonzalez

Arlly Gonzalez

The viewing will be held on September 30, 2022 at

Eagle Lake Funeral Home, 607 N. McCarty Avenue,

from 4:00-5:00 pm for immediate family,

at 5:00 pm for all other family and friends.

The rosary is scheduled for 7:00pm.

Church services will be held at The Parish of Nativity Catholic Church, 308 N. Stevenson Street, at 10:00 am on October 1, 2022.

After services Alfredo will be transported to his final resting place at The Parish of the Nativity Cemetery, 545 Austin Road in Eagle Lake.
